No British jobs for BNP website designer!

WordPress is a popular tool for running weblogs, we’re using it here, and so are Nick Griffin and Andrew Brons of the British National Party. The system is basically a website in a box, then you choose a ‘theme’ to change how it looks to the visitor. You can always edit the theme to personalise it further, like we have with the banner images, some extra coding here and there and a reworking of the theme’s original colour scheme.

The BNP MEP’s have a different theme to ours, it’s called Metamorphosis.

It was designed by the very talented Mohd Izuddin Helmi bin Adnan.

He’s a Muslim. A Malaysian Muslim. A Malaysian Muslim in Malaysia. Just the sort of person the BNP want nothing to do with.

“British jobs for British workers” is one of their slogans, and although it was picked up by Gordon Brown, it has caused problems before. An election leafelt was found to have photos of Americans on, another proudly displayed a Spitfire that turned out to belong to a Polish regiment.

  • As the man that runs both websites (and the main party one to boot), may I just take the opportunity of saying what a very talented and creative man Mohd is.

I hope I have done his theme proud and give it all the publicity it deserves. Thanks for mentioning it. Oh, by the way…

    Your point is?
